Red Ribbon Event

February 2nd at 10:00 am surrounding St Anne’s Church in downtown Annapolis, area high school students will by tying ribbons around the fence and releasing heart shaped balloons every 33 seconds as the bell from the church rings signifying another American has just suffered a heart attack.
